2. Certified copy of your latest salary or wage slip or income statement - to determine your capability to meet the monthly payments for subscription fees and rental fee, where applicable.
3. Copy of your most recent copy of electricity bill - to determine reliability of power supply to your area of residence or location of the Sky Pacific installation).
4. Tax Identification No (if you are renting the SKY Pacific satellite kit).
5. Valid postal address - to determine our ability to send you notices from SKY Pacific including your subscription invoices. Please note that providing the name of a village or settlement does not constitute a valid postal address and will not be accepted.
6. Directional map sketch - to better assist our technicians in locating your home or place of installation when they come to install your SKY Pacific satellite kit and future requests for on-site technical assistance.
