We have a monthly pre-pay billing system. In other words, we bill you one-month in advance on your monthly
subscription fee and if you're renting our satellite equipment, on the rental fee of this. If you pay your subscription fees annually, then you're invoiced for 11 months only at least 1 year in advance. Your first invoice from us will always have a due amount more than the normal monthly charges. This is because your account is pro-rated from the day your account is activated to the last day of that month plus the monthly fee for the new month. If you do not pay all the due amounts on your invoice by the due date, your account will be disconnected. Note that we usually have a due date of the 20th of each month. Thereafter, if your account is still unpaid, we may put up payment reminder messages. This will appear on your TV screen until you pay the due amounts. We carry out disconnections on the last evening of the current month for all accounts that have not paid their subscriptions and other fees for the new month. For regional customers, invoices are distributed by our local agents and payments must be made to them before the last day of the current month.
