Sky Pacific Fiji

A SKY Pacific Subscriber must not, without Fiji TV's prior written consent:

1. Copy any of the programs, data or content included on the SKY Pacific channels for the purpose of re-transmitting them later, or for any reason, except as may be required by any relevant Law(s) or Government Authority within his Territory and provided that the Subscriber promptly notifies Fiji TV before making any copy;
2. Cut, edit, dub, voice-over, sub-title, reformat or otherwise change or make additions to any program, data or content included on the SKY Pacific channels except as may be required by a relevant Law(s) or Government Authority within the Territory and save as is specifically provided for in a separate Agreement with Fiji TV;
3. Incorporate the SKY Pacific channels or any part of the programs, data or content therein as part of any Mobile TV, high definition, Interactive TV, PPV, VOD or NVOD services or otherwise exhibit or cause the exhibition of any of the SKY Pacific channels or any stills, extracts or data from any SKY Pacific channel or the programs therein via the internet or any other local or area-wide computer network;
4. Reformat or convert the SKY Pacific channels or any part of the programs, data or content therein in any manner whatsoever, including without limitation reformatting so that it appears on less than the full screen of a television or converting to any high definition format;
5. Add or super-impose any data, crawler, button or other item into the SKY Pacific channels except as may be agreed to in advance and in writing between Fiji TV and the Subscriber and where this (i) required by any Government Authority, and/or (ii) is for the purpose of informing other Subscribers of an impending blackout, replacement programming or another material change to the SKY Pacific channels;
6. Superimpose or otherwise add any third party or non-Fiji TV advertising promotions, programs, data, content, copyright, trademarks, trade names, logos, names and/or likeness on any SKY Pacific channels, Fiji TV Marks or Fiji TV Promotional Materials; or
7. Use any copyright, trademark, trade names, logos, names and/or likeness, or any part of them, included in the programs on any SKY Pacific channels, or which Fiji TV uses for marketing purposes, except in connection with its receipt or promotion of the SKY Pacific channels; or
8. Knowingly authorises or causes or knowingly permits any portion of the SKY Pacific channels to be recorded, duplicated, cablecast, exhibited or otherwise used (except on video-cassette recorder or other home or personal recording devise for lawful, private, non commercial use) for any purpose.
