Getting on to SKY Pacific is easy with a few simple steps:

1. Purchase or rent the Satellite Kit

2. Choose the Subscription Package most suitable for your viewing needs

3. Fill and submit your Application Form and supporting documents

4. Pay the relevant fees

Tips on How To Apply - Face to face application

Getting on to SKY Pacific is easy if you prepare well. You can make your application either directly to us at any of our offices or agencies or you can email us and we will send you all the information you need.

Step 1: Choose the best SKY Pacific Plan most suited to you and note the required fees for your selection.

Step 2: Read or have it explained to you by your legal advisor or one of our Customer Services rep our contract, Fiji TV's Pay TV Services Agreement, and make sure that you understand it fully.

Step 3: Once you agree to all the conditions of our contract, collect and take the following to your nearest SKY Pacific office or agency (non-Fiji residents must contact your local SKY Pacific agent for their specific requirements):

  • Copy of statement from Fiji Islands Revenue Customs Authority confirming your Tax Identification Number
  • Copy of your latest electricity bill (required for rental applications only)
  • Copy of your latest wage or salary slip (required for rental applications only)
  • Photocopy of a valid ID - we only accept passport, valid driver's license or FNPF membership ID
  • A direct deduction form to be lodged with SKY application form for applying to Rental Plans. (required for rental applications only)

Step 4: Fill and complete the SKY Pacific application form and submit this with all the documents in Step 3 including a signed copy of Subscription Terms and Conditions. Vetting of your application will be carried out by the attending Customer Service Rep. You can wait or come back at a later time to follow up.

Step 5: Once your application is vetted, the attending CSR will advice you of the fees to pay and the installation date. You will also be advised if additional is required for your application. Pay the relevant fees to our cashier and keep a copy of your receipt plus your application form in a safe place for future reference, should this be required.

Step 6: On the stated installation date, we will call you in advance to advice you of our technicians' arrival. You must ensure that the contact details you provide in your application form is correct - failure to do so will result in delays to your installation. Please also ensure that you or another responsible adult is available at the installation address when our technicians arrive.

NOTE:

We reserve the right to seek additional information regarding your application from third parties. Filling the SKY Pacific application form does not automatically guarantee approval of your application to access our services. Assessment of applications are based on several factors including ability to pay the monthly subscription fees on time, access to continuous source of electricity, age and accessibility of SKY technicians or our agents to the installation location, among others.

You must be 18 years of age or over and residing at any of the territories that FIJI TV's satellite footprint covers during the time of application.
