Fiji Television Limited is a publicly listed company on the South Pacific Stock Exchange (SPSE: FTV), with its registered office at 20 Gorrie Street, Suva, Fiji. It is the holding company for the Fiji TV Group, comprising of Fiji TV, Media Niugini Limited in Papua New Guinea and Media Solomon Islands Limited in Solomon Islands.

Fiji TV is the leading television broadcaster in Fiji and the Pacific region, operating the most-watched free-to-air TV stations in Fiji and PNG - Fiji One and EMTV respectively - and also SKY Pacific, the Pacific's premium DTH (Direct to Home) satellite pay TV service that was launched in 2005 to broadcast an array of channels to island countries across the Pacific.

Fiji TV was listed as a public company in 1996 on the Suva Stock Exchange, now known as the South Pacific Stock Exchange. It was issued with a 12 year license in 2000 by the Fiji Government. This license has been extended till June, 30^th, 2013.
