How to Scan Set-Top Box

Instructions on how to update EPG on your Set-Top Box

If you have a Grey Sky Pacific branded Set-Top Box , update your EPG using the following steps:

  1. Press Menu button on SKY Pacific remote.
  2. Navigate to Easy Installation and press Ok button to enter.
  3. Press the Red button (located under the Menu button) - this should start a scan for channels.
  4. Once the progress reaches 100%, Press Menu button to save and close setup screen.

If you have, a Black Digicel branded Set-Top Box , please re-set your decoder using the following steps:

  1. Press MENU, then the RIGHT arrow.
  2. Scroll to Setting, select Channel Search, press OK.
  3. Press the BLUE button, press OK to Scan Mode
  4. Press OK to prompt message. Wait for scan to complete.
