Digicel Sky Pacific is introducing new "SAQAMOLI Plan" for its Sky Pacific Customers. New "SAQAMOLI Plan" is for pre-paid residential plan available at $30 VIP. New package of this Plan includes 18 channels valid for 30 Days. It is for new and existing customers. However, this promotion is till 17th January, 2023 and it will be revert back to 12 channels when promotion ends.

WHO QUALIFIES FOR SAQAMOLI PLAN

  • New Customers

The Sky Pacific full installation kit plus two months subscription inclusive at $115 VIP. Please note this is a Lease Model only (this means that the customer is locked into a 12-month contract and the equipment belongs to Sky Pacific, should the customer not pay their monthly bills we have the right to repossess the equipment). Refer to Digicel Sky Pacific Terms & Conditions). Also customers signing on this offer will currently receive 18 channels, however, it will be reverted back to 12 channels when promotion ends automatically

  • Existing Customers

Visit any retail store with valid photo ID and fill in the change form to get your account activated on SAQAMOLI Plan. Silver box customers can upgrade with payment of $60 towards their subscription and get free decoder. Other charges may apply. Existing customers will receive 18 channels, they just have to refresh their decoder. However, this will change to 12 channels automatically when promotion ends

HOW TO SIGN UP TO THE NEW SAQAMOLI PLAN

To sign up to the SAQAMOLI Plan you will need to come into a Digicel Retail Outlet with your Photo ID, Subscription & Equipment Fees (where applicable) and complete a Digital Application Form. Once your Application Form and Fees have been submitted your SAQAMOLI Plan will be activated by close of the next Business Day or on next renewal for existing customers or within 15 Business days for New Customers. (Note: Business Days are Monday to Friday from 8am to 5PM)



  1. How often should I make a payment?
    The SAQAMOLI Plan is a Monthly plan, and payments for the FULL monthly subscription should be made after the two months initial payment (on the date of installation).
  2. Is this a contract?
    Yes, this is a contract as per your signed agreement (Terms & Conditions).
  3. What is the cancellation fee?
    Should you wish to terminate your account, the complete cancellation fee as per your signed agreement is applicable plus your current month's subscription fee.
  4. Is SAQAMOLI Plan on a lease plan or outright purchase?
    Both options are available:
    • For the lease package, the total cost is $115 inclusive installation plus two months subscription
    • For outright purchase, the total cost is $329 i.e. $299 for installation plus $30 for 30 days subscription
  5. What will happen when the promotion ends?
    Customers will be automatically reverted back to the initial Saqamoli plan without being communicated.
  6. What happens to customers who sign up on this offer?
    Initially, they will receive a promotional offer and then revert back to the initial 12 channels without being informed.
  7. Can I move to the standard plan later?
    Yes, you may move to a standard 26 channel pack as and when you want; however, you will need to come in store to complete a change application form to move you back to the Standard monthly subscription of $58.00 for 28 days or $63 for 30 days.
  8. Will Sky Pacific refund installation cost if I move back to the standard plan?
    No, as this is the equipment fee which is non-refundable.
  9. Where can I make payments?
    Payments can be made at any Digicel Retail Outlets, My Cash, or Courts Fiji or Sports World for instant update. Important Notice: Any payment paid at third party, the payments will take up to 48 hrs to reflect in the billing system, please ensure that payments are made well in advance.
  10. Will my account number change?
    No, your existing account number remains.
  11. If my bill is due today (Friday) and I want to apply for this package, will I be disconnected?
    Yes, you will be disconnected if you have no funds remaining. Should you wish to stay connected, you can make your normal monthly payment of $58 to prevent this from happening, and when your plan is changed to the $30.00 plan, you will have a credit in your account.
  12. Can I request for certain channels for this plan?
    No, this is a standard plan, and channels cannot be swapped around.
  13. If I have been disconnected for a few years, can I sign up for this plan? Do I get the new STB? Or what happens if I sign up and find out that the box or dish is faulty?
    You will be required to use your existing equipment; however, if faulty than you would need to log a service call and either purchase parts that are faulty or purchase the equipment outright $299. If it is just the Decoder that is not working, then the Upgrade cost of $60 as a subscription (price may change from time to time) is applicable.
  14. When will my Sky Pacific services be installed?
    Services will be installed within 10-15 working days from the date of signed contract (weather permitting).
  15. Is SAQAMOLI Plan a new offer or a replacement of existing sky plans?
    This is a new Sky Plan available for new and existing Sky Pacific customers.
  16. How many channels does SAQAMOLI plan consist of?
    It consists of 18 Channels as a promotional offer as below, however, it has 12 channels:

  23. How can I view the Channel TV Guide?
    SKY Pacific TV guide is released weekly for all Sky Pacific channels. To access the TV guide directly from your SKY Pacific remote control, press the "EPG" button which will display individual program times. The TV guide is also accessible online via the SKY Pacific website (www.skypacific.tv) and on the Digicel Fiji Facebook page or you may dial *1515# for Digicel Subscribers and follow the prompts.
