Service Level Agreement

These minimum Service Level's will be maintained :-

  1. Outage to services for a customer must be fixed within 4 hours from time of fault being reported, otherwise rebates for subscription to be applied based on the sliding scale below-
    • 4-8 hours of outage - 1% rebate
    • 8-16 hours of outage - 2% rebate
    • 16-24 hours of outage - 3% rebate
  2. An additional 3% rebate will be applied for every 24 hours of outage.

These Service Level's and rebates are subject to the following conditions :-

  1. Rebates will not apply to sun spot outages, heavy rain in the area, incorrect usage or damaged equipment, force majeure and any act of God including but not limited to tsunami, cyclone or any instability which may cease electricity or other utilities in the area.
  2. The outage threshold for any disruptions caused by technical issues will be a minimum of 100 customers affected before these Service Levels will apply.
  3. There will be no minimum threshold for any disruptions caused as a result of billing irregularities and errors made on the part of Sky Pacific.
