This offer is applicable to existing Unwired/SKY and TPP customers to upgrade their plans to $99.95 plan. WHO QUALIFIES FOR TRIPLE PLAY PLUS?


  1. Existing Active Single Room Sky Customer
  2. Existing Active Single Room Sky Customer with Active Unwired account
  3. Existing Active Single Room Sky Customer with Prepaid either Active or Expired

  • Unwired will have total of 300GB Data; 200GB Anytime Bundle + 100GB Night Data and 50GB Student Bundle.
  • This Plan will be awarded successfully to the customers upon making payment of $99.95
  • New TPP Plus Bundle will be awarded on the next bill renewal, however the sub will be able to use the existing bundle till then.
  • Plan will have normal monthly expiry with any unused data.
  • No Rollover of Data
  • Bundle will Auto-Renew when the TV plan will renew, ie. After 30 days if the sub has $99.95 left in the account than the whole package (TV/200GB Anytime and 100GB night bundle will renew.
  • If the sub has not made payment on due date, Sky & Unwired account will disconnect. However, once the Payment is done successfully, all 2 accounts will get reconnected
  • Subscribers on this plan can also purchase $20 for 12GB or $10 for 5GB top-up bundle if they exhaust the awarded bundle before expiry date.
  • The top up bundle will expiry together with primary bundle. For instance, My Triple Play Plan was activated on 10/05 and I purchase Top-up bundle on 20/05, than Top-up Bundle too will expire on 10/06 with home Bundle (100GB and 50GB Student Bundle) and not on 20/06.
  • This plan is not applicable for Multiroom customers.
  • Make payment through USSD and get additional 10GB mobile data valid for 3 days
  • Post Pay customers can also opt in if they wish to opt in provided they will have to have their bill cleared and account will be converted to prepay mode with no invoice being provided
  • Bill Due Date will not change for Upgrade plan.
  • New Plan Bundle will be activated on the Bill Due date time, for instance if a customer?s plan change 2 days before the bill due date, he/she will only be able touse the new plan bundle when account will refresh.
  • Plan change will be done instantly and customer will receive the email notification.





  1. A Customers who have existing unwired device and want to sign up for the TPP plan, can use the same device
  2. This plan is based on monthly prepay service
  3. Current TPP Terms & Conditions is applied together with this additional Terms and Conditions for this product
  4. This offer is applicable to the Sky Pre-paid customers only and Unwired prepaid/Post paid subscribers provided they have working sky account. For inactive sky subs, additional charges may require for parts and service call
  5. Post Pay customers can also opt in if they wish to opt in provided they will have to have their bill cleared and account will be converted to prepay mode with no invoice being provided
  6. Bundle will Auto-Renew when the TV plan will renew, ie. After 30days if the sub has $99.95 left in the account than the whole package (TV + 50GB for 3sites + 200GB Anytime+ 100GB Night bundle) will renew.
  7. There is no rollover of unused data upon auto-renewal
  8. Subscribers on this plan can purchase $20 for 12GB or $10 for 5GB top-up bundle if they exhaust the awarded bundle before expiry date.
  9. Top-up bundle will expire together with the primary bundle, example my Sky Bundle was activated on 10/03 and I purchase Top-up bundle on 20/03, than Topup Bundle too will expire on 10/04 with Sky Bundle and not 20/04.
  10. Top-up bundle will not rollover unused data and no auto-renewal of the bundle.
  11. For Plan change, bill due date will remain same ie. No changes on bill cycle
  12. Bundle on new plan change will activate on the time of bill date renewal
  13. Awaiting period of New Plan bundle activation, customer will be able to use the remaining existing bundle.



  1. Does my Billing Cycle change if I move over to the new plan?
  2. Yes, your billing cycle will change. For new customers Billing cycle is from the Date Sky Pacific is activated

  3. I am an existing Triple Play customer, can I switch to this $99.95 plan?
  4. Yes, you can

  5. Can I top-up my account if I exhaust my data bundle?
  6. Yes, with topup bundle that will expire together with your primary bundle due date.

  7. Where can I make payments?
  8. At any Digicel Outlet, USSD.

  9. Can I make a payment at a third party outlet?
  10. Yes you can, however, account will be only activated once Finance wi ll verify and apply the payment. It may take 5 working days for the payment to hit the billing system

  11. If I do plan upgrade, will I be able to use the bundle from the same time?
  12. No, new bundles will come in effect from the next bill time renewal.

  13. How do I change my WIFI Details?
  14. We recommend that you change your WIFI password from time to time. This is to prevent unauthorized users from accessing your account and any loss of data. You will be able to change your WIFI password by also logging into the modem just like you check your data.

  15. What happens if my data finishes?
  16. Should you exhaust your Unwired Data you will be require to do either of the following; a) Top up your account via a Retail Store or wait for next roll over of your TV account

  17. How do I check my data balance?
  18. Option 1 Texting/SMS: You can check your data balance by texting your Unwired Modem Number: ____________ to 7202020. The Modem Number can be located on the invoice Texting from a Digicel mobile is free of charge.
